Office Staff
Letha
Letha works at the front desk here in our office and has been with Dr. Magleby for 25 + years. She loves getting to know the patients and is a friend to all. She is full of little tidbits of knowledge about each person she has the pleasure of serving in our office. Letha and her husband, Steve, have 3 daughters, and two amazing sons-in-law. They also have 2 precious grandsons, which they couldn’t be more excited about! They are her best friends and she’ll spend any moment possible with them.
Letha loves laughing with her family, playing games, puzzles, crafting, hiking, playing with her grandbabies, making her yard beautiful, cooking for her family (which usually includes smoking some kind of meat). She loves taking trips with Steve, wherever he is, is her favorite place to be.
Having grown up in Alabama, Letha loves good football (ROLL TIDE Y’ALL), boiled peanuts and southern traditions. She is thankful to have grown up ‘on the farm,’ which helped her learn the value of hard work, but is so grateful to not have the responsibilities that come with farm life anymore!
She’s been in Utah for over 30 years, loves the mountains and western sunsets. She is so happy to call Utah home.
Taygen
Taygen works at the front desk but you’ll also see her sometimes chairside. She has been in the dental field since 2011 is proficient in assisting clinically and in the business of the front office. She really enjoys her interaction with patients and helping them achieve their dental health goals. Taygen enjoys spending time with family, camping, boating, fishing and riding 4-wheelers.
Hygienists
Summer went to Weber State where she got her degree for Dental Hygiene. She loves getting to know people as she cleans their teeth. She has been in the dental field for 13 years. When Summer is not working she likes to travel, do yoga and go shopping. She also loves to spend time with her family.
Lisa
Lisa and her husband Zach have 3 precious children, 1 girl and 2 boys. She graduated from Weber State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Before hygiene school Lisa was a dental assistant for 5 years, so she adds a great deal of experience to the team. When she’s not at work she enjoys doing anything outdoors with her family. Backpacking, snowboarding, reading, running, boating and teaching barre are among her list of favorites. She loves fresh garden vegetables and ice-cream. Lisa appreciates the positive impact each of her patients has on her and wants to be the same for everyone she comes in contact with. She loves building life-long relationships with patients and teammates. She looks forward to many years and the many friendships that will come here at Magleby Dental!
Jennifer graduated with her bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2003 and has been loving dental hygiene ever since. She is very thorough, but gentle. Her favorite thing is building meaningful and caring relationships with her patients and dental team. When she’s not at work, she’s a busy mom of 3 amazing boys who keep her running in all directions. Jennifer and her husband play on a coed softball team with their neighbors. Any chance her family can get away to see a baseball game, go to the beach, or visit Disneyland they do. As a family, they try and take advantage of all Utah has to offer. Whether it’s skiing in the winter, boating in the summer, or visiting national and state parks, Jennifer’s so thankful for her family and all the memories they’ve made and looks forward for all the memories to come!
Jackie was excited to join the Magleby team in 2025. She graduated from Idaho State Dental Hygiene program in 1996, and has loved treating patients since.
Jackie is originally from Boise, Idaho, and spent 10 years in Texas before landing in Layton in 2020. She has loved learning new things in dentistry over the years and loves getting to know her patients, making them feel comfortable, and working with them toward good health.
Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys spending time outside, hiking, biking, and gardening, especially when it is with her favorite people…her family!! She loves to read and cook. She and her husband are having fun as empty nesters and look forward to welcoming their first grand baby in Feb of 2026.
Clinical Staff
Amber
Amber has been working in the Dental field for over 10 years. She enjoys getting to know our patients and assisting them to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. In her free time she enjoys running, kayaking, hiking and spending quality time with her husband and four children. Amber loves being part of the Magleby Dental family.
Madesyn
Madesyn is a 2019 graduate of Bonneville High School and is currently attending classes at WSU. Her goal is to go into dental hygiene. Madesyn has her real estate license and is enjoying learning the tricks and trades of the dental field. She enjoys reading, cooking, watching movies, going to Jazz games & concerts, camping, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors. She loves Mexican food, even saying she could eat if for every meal. Madesyn has two French Bulldogs and a Brittany. She is obsessed with cows and all baby animals. She is the youngest of four kids and the only girl. Her mom is her best friend.
